The Race 2025 route
While the location of the start and the finish of the race have not changed, there are some new and exciting updates to this year’s route. First and foremost, the novelty of an X-Turnpoint, one that athletes have to pass twice! In total the route is 1,283km long – the longest one in the race’s history so far, featuring 16 Turnpoints across five countries – Austria, Germany, Italy, France and Switzerland.
